Relax at Palolem Beach, Goa – India

Palolem Beach is located two kilometers from Chaudi which is in the south Goan Taluka of Canacona, about one hour drive from Margao. Margao is the main city of Goa, India.
The beach is huge and largely unspoiled. Many fishermen live here and earn their livelihood. Every year lots of tourists visit this beach. It is one mile ling and crescent in shape. From one side the whole beach can be viewed.  There are many types of rocks on the beach. Palolem Beach was used as the residence of Jason Bourne in the film “The Boume Supremacy” in 2004. The movie footage gives clear idea about the beach. At the top of the island there is a stone sculpture which was created by an American Conceptual named Jacek Tylicki. You can enjoy diving near Palolem Guest house. You will find self paddled sea kayak boat for renting.

At Palolem, you will find both Indian and western food. There are some bamboo huts close to the sea for accommodation. The huts cost 200-800 INR for one night. The nearest rail head is at Canacona which is 3 km far. Enjoy the paradise of India.
