Ahsan Manjil

Ahsan Manjil was built in 1872, which is standing on the bank of Buriganga. Visitor comes here to feel the life style of the Nawabs, who ruled Dhaka previously. It is also known as Pink Palace. Actually, it was the residence of the Nawabs in past. The building was renovated by Nawab Abdul Gani in 1872 and he named it Ahsan Manjil after the name of his son Khaza Ahsanullah. Recently the palace turned into museum. It’s a store house of rich historical interests.
